Welcome to the home of the Farm Business Registration (FBR). Farm businesses that declare gross farm income of $7,000 or more (for income tax purposes) are required to register annually under the Farm Registration and Farm Organizations Funding Act, 1993.

A Farm Business Registration number will not be issued to a business that does not generate $7,000 gross farm income. This type of business may apply for membership directly with the Accredited Farm Organization (AFO) of their choice. Properties farmed by this business may also be eligible for the Farm Property Class Tax Rate if any exemption provisions apply.

If you do not receive a Farm Business Registration Form but feel you are required to register, please call Agricorp and a form will be mailed to you.
